Getting all your social media on the iPhone is easy. But many people do not know how. Read on to learn the easiest ways to link your social accounts up to your iPhone.

You can use your iPhone's calendar as an excellent organization tool. A way to use it more effectively is to directly create events on the calendar entry instead of using the plus button. First, change into "Day" view. Next, you can simply tap and hold any hour; a new event will automatically be created in that specific time. You will free up more time for other things!

You can make a phone call with one tap while using Safari. For example, you may want to find a local dry cleaner. When you find a number, you don't have to go back to the phone menu to call. Just tap on the number and you will be instantly connected to the business you want to contact.

Be gentle with your iPhone cord as they have shown to be delicate. If you have to disconnect it from a power outlet or USB port, make sure you do it gently. Your cord will last approximately a year with proper care.

The Safari browser on your iPhone is capable of almost everything your standard, full-size computer browser is capable of--including saving images you find online. To save a picture, simply tap and hold. You can save images to the Camera Roll on your phone. Alternately, you can copy the image into a text message.

You phone will allow you to view parts of your messages even when locked through its default settings. This might be a great feature for you, or you might prefer to keep your messages more private. If you prefer not to use this feature, you can disable it easily. Simply go to the Notifications section of your settings menu and choose messages. You can then turn off the Show Preview option.

If you want to do everything that your iPhone can possibly do, you need to master its multimedia abilities. You can download television shows, films or funny videos and transform a phone into an entertainment center.

You can use the settings to make the iPhone visually indicate when you have an incoming call or message. If you want silent notifications, you can configure your iPhone's camera to flash and blink when a call or message comes in. Begin by going towards the settings menu, then select "General", then navigate to "Accessibility". Then choose "LED Flash Alerts".

Remember to update the phone as updates become available. This means that your phone will always have what it needs to function properly. That also requires you to save images and critical data to your computer. This way, should something occur with your phone you are going to have a backup.
